Starlux Airlines Expands North American Operations with Increased Flights to Taipei
Starlux Airlines (JX), the premium Taiwanese carrier, is set to enhance its North American operations by boosting flight frequencies between Los Angeles (LAX), Seattle (SEA), and Taipei (TPE). Increased Flight Frequencies from Los Angeles and Seattle
Beginning December 22, 2024, Starlux Airlines will ramp up its Los Angeles route to offer 10 weekly flights to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. The new schedule introduces extra flights on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, in addition to the existing daily service. The details of the Los Angeles route are as follows:
- Flight JX0005: Departing from LAX at 22:20, arriving in TPE at 05:30+2 (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday).
- Flight JX0001: Daily departure from LAX at 22:50, arriving in TPE at 05:30+2.

On March 1, 2025, Starlux Airlines will further expand its network by launching daily flights between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. This move will more than double the airline’s current capacity and leverage its partnership with Alaska Airlines, enhancing connectivity to over 100 U.S. cities and providing seamless access to Taipei and 24 Asian destinations.
