The company plans to hire 10,000 new employees, focusing on various operational, technical, and administrative roles. Lufthansa’s 2025 Recruitment Drive
In its commitment to expansion, the Lufthansa Group will recruit 10,000 new employees in diverse roles, including:
- Flight Attendants: Over 2,000 positions available.
- Ground Operations Staff: More than 1,400 personnel needed.
- Technical Experts: Approximately 1,300 professionals sought.
- Administrative Roles: Around 1,200 employees required.
- Pilots: Nearly 800 new recruits anticipated.
A significant portion of this recruitment will occur within Lufthansa Technik, which plans to onboard over 2,000 employees. Furthermore, subsidiaries such as Austrian Airlines and Eurowings aim to hire around 700 staff members each. Aligned with its Turnaround efficiency program, Lufthansa Airlines (LH) plans to hire around 1,200 employees in 2025, a slight reduction compared to the previous year. This adjustment highlights the airline’s focus on optimizing resources while ensuring seamless operational continuity.
