All Nippon Airways Introduces Plant-Based Ramen for International First and Business Class Flights

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is set to enhance its in-flight dining experience by introducing plant-based ramen, a delicious and innovative meal option for passengers traveling in international first and business class. Beginning March 1, 2025, the ‘ANA Original Ramen’ will cater to travelers seeking flavorful yet light meal choices while on long-haul flights.

Two Unique Ramen Variants

ANA’s plant-based ramen will feature two distinct varieties, each specifically crafted to delight passengers depending on their departure location.

1. ANA Original Megumino Hokkaido Negi Miso Ramen (Departing from Japan)

This ramen option showcases a savory blend of Hokkaido miso and vegetable broth, infused with aromatic garlic and ginger. The dish includes chewy, medium-thick noodles complemented by fresh green onions, creating a refreshing and satisfying meal.

2. ANA Original Kaoru Fukuoka Tonkotsu Style Ramen (Departing from Overseas)

Designed for international travelers, the Tonkotsu Style Ramen offers a creamy, rich broth made from a sesame paste base and a medley of vegetables. Accompanied by extra-thin noodles, this dish features traditional Fukuoka toppings such as kikurage mushrooms and red ginger. Passengers can also personalize their flavor with ANA’s signature Ma-Yu style flavored oil.
