Emirates Expands Its Global Network with New Destinations in Asia

DUBAI – Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is set to significantly enhance its global presence with the introduction of three new destinations: Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam, and Siem Reap in Cambodia. This strategic expansion underscores Emirates’ commitment to strengthening its footprint in East Asia, providing travelers with increased connectivity between Dubai and key Asian cities. Emirates Flights to Shenzhen: A New Gateway to China

Beginning July 1, 2025, Emirates will initiate daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen, marking its entry into this major economic and technological hub. Shenzhen joins other key Chinese cities in the Emirates network, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.

    • Departure from Dubai: 10:05 AM GST
    • Arrival in Shenzhen: 10:00 PM (local time)
    • Return from Shenzhen: 11:55 PM local time
    • Arrival in Dubai: 3:40 AM GST (next day)

This new route not only enhances travel options but also strengthens economic ties, particularly in technology and innovation sectors. Emirates will operate this service with its retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER, featuring luxurious four-class configurations that cater to all passenger needs. Additionally, the flights will facilitate the transportation of up to 10 tonnes of cargo per flight, supporting high-tech exports from China to global markets.

Emirates Flights to Da Nang: Connecting Vietnam

Emirates is also expanding its Southeast Asia operations with four weekly flights to Da Nang, starting June 2, 2025. This new route will be the airline’s third destination in Vietnam, following Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Emirates Flights to Siem Reap: Discovering Cambodia

Starting June 3, 2025, Emirates will introduce three weekly flights to Siem Reap, Cambodia, a city renowned for its cultural heritage, particularly the Angkor Wat temple complex. Flights will operate via Bangkok.

Additionally, Emirates will introduce a sixth daily flight between Dubai and Bangkok, improving connectivity for passengers traveling to Da Nang or Siem Reap.
