Delta Unveils New First Class Seating for Airbus A321neo Flights

Air India, under the Tata Group, has proposed significant reductions in landing fees for long-haul and ultra-long-haul flights to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) to enhance its international operations at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. The proposal includes a 30% landing charge reduction for flights over nine hours and a 20% cut in User Development Fees, aiming to boost international-to-international (I2I) traffic and position India as a global aviation hub. CEO Campbell Wilson emphasizes the need for a supportive market structure to redirect economic benefits to the domestic market, while expanding Air India’s fleet and network for increased competitiveness.
