LATAM Transforms Long-Haul Business Class Experience for Travelers

LATAM, the leading airline group in Latin America, is set to transform its long-haul business class service. This overhaul will take effect on December 1, 2025, enhancing the travel experience in its “Premium Business” cabin.

The updated offering includes stylish new amenity kits featuring products from Costa Brasil, along with a refreshed inflight dining experience. Passengers can look forward to three-course meals, an improved coffee selection, and a reimagined cocktail menu.

In addition to tangible upgrades, LATAM is implementing a new service protocol designed to cater to passengers with more personalized attention. This approach aims to elevate the overall travel experience.

Passengers will also notice a striking new color scheme and visual branding inspired by the beauty of Latin America. The palette includes shades representing the deep blue Pacific Ocean, lush Amazon rainforests, and earthy desert tones. This aesthetic transformation is intended to both modernize and celebrate the airline’s Latin heritage.

These enhancements reflect LATAM’s ongoing commitment to solidifying its reputation for high-quality service. Recently, the airline has garnered multiple awards, including the Five-Star Global Airline rating from APEX and recognition as the Best Airline in South America at the Skytrax World Airline Awards.

Moreover, LATAM is investing significantly in its long-haul cabins beyond the business class. In 2024, the airline announced a $360 million plan to refurbish 24 B787 aircraft, bringing new business class cabins and a complete overhaul of the economy class sections. Additionally, the introduction of a pioneering Premium Economy product in August 2025 will further enhance LATAM’s offerings in the region.
