Azorra is known for its relationship-driven approach as an aircraft lessor, offering leasing, financing, fleet transition, and asset management solutions to a global clientele of aircraft investors, financiers, and airline operators. The company currently manages a fleet of over 100 aircraft, with commitments exceeding 160 aircraft, which includes orders for new Airbus A220-100/300 and Embraer E190/195-E2 models.

Acquisition of Former EgyptAir A220 Jets

In February 2024, Azorra expanded its fleet by acquiring twelve A220-300 jets from EgyptAir, which had retired the aircraft due to low availability issues. Following the acquisition, Azorra transferred three of these aircraft to Breeze Airways and one to Cyprus Airways, while seven others remain in Cairo, pending future deployment.

Notably, the twelfth aircraft, previously registered as SU-GFA, was transported to the United States and now bears the registration N560AZ. This aircraft is currently stationed at Blytheville Arkansas International Airport, a site equipped with maintenance and repair facilities, indicating its role in the dismantling project.
