Emirates Expands Boeing 777 Services to Riyadh with Premium Upgrades

Emirates Airlines has exciting news for travelers as it plans to enhance its flight operations between Dubai and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The airline is set to deploy newly retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft on its second and third daily flights, making Riyadh the first city in the Middle East to be served exclusively by these upgraded planes. This significant development was announced in a press release on March 17, 2025.

Starting March 30, 2025, passengers can look forward to flying on the refurbished Emirates Boeing 777. The airline will introduce six flights per week on this upgraded service beginning May 7, 2025, with plans to operate daily flights from August 11, 2025. This expansion comes in response to positive customer feedback and increasing demand for premium travel experiences.

The retrofitted Emirates Boeing 777 boasts several impressive upgrades aimed at enhancing passenger comfort:

  • Premium Economy: Seats arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration for a more spacious experience.
