IATA Criticizes Europe’s SAF Strategy

Sustainable Aviation Fuel Production Set to Double by 2025, But Challenges Remain

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has announced that Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production is on track to double, reaching 2 million tonnes by 2025. Despite this positive development, it will only satisfy approximately 0.7% of the global airline fuel demand.
