Embraer and Republic Airways Renew E-Jets Maintenance Partnership

Embraer and Republic Airways have established a new long-term maintenance agreement, aimed at servicing the airline’s fleet of more than 240 E170 and E175 jets.

On October 16, 2025, Embraer announced its commitment to performing heavy maintenance on these aircraft, continuing a partnership that began in 2011.

The maintenance work will take place at Embraer’s Services & Support facilities located in Nashville, Tennessee, continuing the terms set in the prior agreement.

Frank Stevens, Vice President of MRO Services at Embraer Services & Support, expressed enthusiasm about the extended partnership. He stated, “We are very excited to extend our relationship with Republic Airways. This renewed agreement reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services to our customers. We will continue to prioritize safety and quality for Republic Airways and all our customers across the United States.”

Since the inception of their collaboration, Republic Airways has completed over 650 heavy maintenance visits, accumulating more than 3.3 million labor hours at the Nashville facilities.

This revised agreement will encompass an extra 225 heavy maintenance visits and provide three dedicated maintenance bays for Republic, ensuring ongoing capacity and scheduling flexibility.

Republic Airways operates nearly 1,000 daily flights on behalf of American Eagle, Delta Connection, and United Express throughout the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America.
