Riyadh Air Selects Inflight Wi-Fi Partner for Airbus A321neo Aircraft
Riyadh Air has tapped Neo Space Group (NSG) as its inflight Wi-Fi provider for the airline’s new Airbus A321neo fleet.
On January 26, 2026, the Saudi Arabian airline startup announced that Neo Space’s Skywaves connectivity will enable passengers to experience speeds of up to 300 Mbps, supported by HBC+ hardware and a Thinkom Ka2517 antenna.
In April 2025, Riyadh Air had also partnered with Viasat to deliver in-flight connectivity to passengers aboard 39 of its Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
The Neo Space service will be accessible to all Riyadh Air passengers for a fee, with free access for those enrolled in the Sfeer loyalty program.
“Our first Airbus A321 is set to arrive in Q4 2026. This collaboration with NSG guarantees that every passenger, especially our Sfeer loyalty members who will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, can look forward to a truly connected journey. We aim to establish new global benchmarks for digital aviation, leveraging Saudi Arabia’s ambitious technological infrastructure,” remarked Adam Boukadida, CFO of Riyadh Air.
In a related announcement, Thai Airways revealed in November 2025 its plan to equip its 787 Dreamliner fleet with Skywaves as well.
“This partnership demonstrates NSG’s dedication to innovation and delivering top-tier connectivity throughout Saudi Arabia,” stated Martijn Blanken, CEO of Neo Space Group. “We are delighted to join forces with Riyadh Air to provide a digitally seamless experience for travelers, aligning with the Kingdom’s vision for the future of aviation.”
