Delta Air Lines Launches Centennial Trading Card Collection
Delta Air Lines Celebrates 100 Years with Special Centennial Trading Cards
Delta Air Lines is marking its 100th anniversary with an exciting new initiative: a special Centennial-themed edition of collectible trading cards. Founded on April 15, 1926, Delta is the oldest active American commercial airline, and this unique collection honors its rich history and connection with passengers.
Since the launch of their trading card program in 2003, Delta has captivated both collectors and aviation enthusiasts alike. The inaugural set featured a limited-edition MD-11 card, celebrating its retirement in 2004. Over the years, Delta’s collection has expanded to include seven series and a total of 68 distinct cards, garnering a dedicated following within the flying and trading communities.
