Following closely, on July 2, IndiGo will launch a three-times-weekly service to Amsterdam, a key European hub for business and tourism. This route is expected to cater to the growing travel demand between India and the Netherlands, driven by trade, tourism, and student exchanges.

IndiGo’s Boeing 787-9 features a two-class layout—economy and “IndiGo Stretch,” which offers additional legroom. In a notable shift from its traditional buy-on-board model, all passengers in both classes will receive complimentary hot vegetarian meals, with non-vegetarian options available for pre-booking. Additionally, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in economy class, while Stretch passengers may enjoy complimentary options based on fare inclusions.
