Starting July 1, 2025, IndiGo will introduce a second daily flight to both Phuket (HKT) and Bangkok (BKK), making travel between these popular destinations and Europe more convenient than ever.

IndiGo Doubles Daily Flights to Phuket and Bangkok

With the introduction of an additional daily flight, IndiGo now offers two daily services from Mumbai to both Phuket and Bangkok. This enhancement provides travelers with increased flexibility and more options for their travel schedules.

• Phuket Schedule: The new afternoon flight from Mumbai complements the existing early morning service. Return flights from Thailand are strategically timed for mid-morning and late-night departures, aligning perfectly with early morning flights to Europe.

• Bangkok Schedule: Similarly, IndiGo will add a late-afternoon departure from Mumbai and a late-night return flight from Bangkok. This thoughtful scheduling ensures minimal layover times for travelers connecting to flights to Manchester and Amsterdam.

  • Flight 6E 1089 departs Mumbai at 3:25 PM IST and arrives in Phuket at 9:35 PM local time.

• Bangkok:
  • Flight 6E 1059 departs Mumbai at 4:20 PM IST, arriving in Bangkok at 10:40 PM local time.
  • Return Flight 6E 1060 leaves Bangkok at 11:40 PM local time, reaching Mumbai at 2:50 AM IST the next day.

This retiming of existing services enables passengers arriving in Mumbai from Europe to connect with flights to Thailand on the same day, providing exceptional value for budget-conscious travelers.

The redesigned schedules for Thailand services are carefully aligned with IndiGo’s new thrice-weekly long-haul operations to Manchester and Amsterdam. Flights from these cities land in Mumbai around 1:35 AM IST and 1:55 AM IST, ensuring timely connections to Phuket and Bangkok.

Moreover, return flights from Thailand arrive in Mumbai shortly before European departures, facilitating smooth transitions for travelers heading to Europe.
