JetBlue Expands Winter 2025-26 Routes to Florida, Caribbean, and Latin America

NEW YORK– JetBlue Airways (B6) has unveiled a significant expansion of its network, incorporating new destinations and enhanced services throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

This growth marks the airline’s first-ever flights to Vero Beach (VRB) and the return of Daytona Beach (DAB). Starting December 2025, there will be nonstop routes from both Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

These new routes strengthen JetBlue’s presence in essential leisure markets, further enhancing its established routes from the Northeast.

Additionally, JetBlue will launch new flights connecting Florida to the Caribbean, with routes from Tampa (TPA) to Punta Cana (PUJ) and from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Santiago de los Caballeros (STI). There will also be expanded service options from Boston to various sunny destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Expansion of JetBlue’s Routes

JetBlue’s recent updates to its route network focus on popular coastal areas, lesser-served regional airports, and sought-after international vacation destinations.

The airline will introduce year-round flights to Vero Beach (VRB) and Daytona Beach (DAB) from both Boston (BOS) and New York (JFK) beginning in early December 2025, with low introductory fares set at $59 and $69.

In Florida, JetBlue’s expansion includes routes from Tampa (TPA) and Fort Myers (RSW) to Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), with seasonal services lasting until late April 2026. This opens up new travel opportunities for Long Island residents looking to reach Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Furthermore, Tampa (TPA) will gain daily service to Punta Cana (PUJ) beginning December 18, 2025, while Fort Lauderdale (FLL) will see a seasonal daily service to Santiago de los Caballeros (STI) in the Dominican Republic. The Fort Myers (RSW) to Long Island (ISP) route will operate three times weekly during the winter months.
