ZIPAIR Launches Charter Flight Linking Tokyo to Orlando’s Disney Parks

ZIPAIR, a Japanese low-cost airline, is poised to make aviation history in 2026 by being the first carrier to offer nonstop passenger flights between Tokyo and Florida.

As a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, ZIPAIR has teamed up with Disney Destinations International to launch a special series of charter flights linking Tokyo’s beloved Disney parks—Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea—with Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.

Four Charter Flights Scheduled for Spring 2026

ZIPAIR plans to operate four round-trip flights using Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, departing from Narita International Airport (NRT) in Tokyo to Orlando International Airport (MCO) on specific dates: February 23, February 28, March 5, and March 10, 2026.

This partnership with Disney provides more than just travel; it offers exclusive experiences. Passengers who secure seats on these charter flights will enjoy special perks at the Walt Disney World Resort, including a charming Disney character greeting and reserved viewing for Epcot’s nighttime spectacular, ‘Luminous: The Symphony of Us.’

A Milestone for Japanese Travelers

Shingo Nishida, President and Representative Director of ZIPAIR, emphasized that this new route is a major accomplishment for both the airline and Japanese travelers wishing for direct access to Orlando’s attractions.

“We take immense pride in this groundbreaking achievement as it will be the first non-stop charter flight from Japan to Orlando, Florida,” Nishida stated. “Orlando hosts many world-class theme parks, and these charter flights will help us meet the expectations of our customers as they experience ZIPAIR’s new standard in air travel. We eagerly anticipate welcoming Disney fans and guests aboard our flights next Spring.”

This development significantly enhances connectivity between Japan and central Florida—a region famous for attracting millions of international visitors yearly to its attractions. Typically, Japanese travelers flying to Orlando have to transfer through other U.S. cities, often extending their travel time considerably.

What do you think about this new route from ZIPAIR? Would you consider taking a charter flight to Disney World?
