British Airways Introduces Two New Nonstop Routes

Two new short-haul routes are being added to British Airways’ schedule for 2026: Tivat in Montenegro and Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

Service to Tivat will commence from May 14, 2026, with flights operating every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from Terminal 3 at Heathrow. Flights to Guernsey will start on April 19, 2026, with daily operations from Terminal 5.

These new flights respond to increasing customer interest and follow the airline’s recent additions, such as a long-haul route to St. Louis and services to Graz. New connections to Rabat have also been introduced.

According to Neil Chernoff, Chief Planning and Strategy Officer at British Airways, these routes enhance options for passengers and strengthen the short-haul network at Heathrow.

Chernoff noted the appeal of Montenegro’s coast and the high demand for travel to Guernsey, which connects to over 20 cities across Europe and North America.
