Antinori noted that the airline’s CEO is actively working on a Request for Proposal (RFP) with potential aircraft manufacturers. “To secure the growth of tomorrow by continuing to have a very strong and the best fleet in the industry, our CEO is working on the RFP with the aircraft manufacturer to place a big order soon,” he stated.

While discussions are underway, Antinori did not disclose whether Qatar Airways would be entering into agreements with Boeing, Airbus, or a combination of both leading manufacturers. This uncertainty has sparked interest among aviation analysts and industry insiders.
