- Flight EK405: Departs Melbourne at 23:55, landing back in Dubai at 07:00 the following day.

The EK424 flight departs Dubai at 09:15, arriving in Perth at 00:10, while the return flight EK425 leaves Perth at 06:00, reaching Dubai at 13:10. These flights are operated using three-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, accommodating 354 passengers.
