Qatar Airways Broadens Global Network with 18 New Destinations in the Americas
Qatar Airways has announced the launch of 18 new routes in collaboration with its International Airlines Group (IAG) partners, Aer Lingus and LEVEL. This expansion enhances connectivity among the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
The latest destinations are a result of extended codeshare agreements with Aer Lingus and LEVEL, as revealed by Qatar Airways in a statement dated October 2, 2025.
Aer Lingus Expansion
Qatar Airways has broadened its partnership with Aer Lingus, enabling codeshare on flights from Dublin Airport (DUB) to 11 cities in the United States. These cities include Boston, Bradley International Airport in Connecticut, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Nashville, Newark, Orlando, Philadelphia, and soon, Las Vegas.
Susanne Carberry, Chief Customer Officer of Aer Lingus, highlighted that the Irish airline has significantly expanded its North American routes in recent years. Many of these routes are operated using the modern Airbus A321 XLR aircraft.
Codeshare Returns with LEVEL
In addition, Qatar Airways has revived its codeshare agreement with LEVEL, a prominent long-haul airline based at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). This agreement allows for shared code on flights to Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, and soon, Santiago.
Thierry Antinori, CCO of Qatar Airways, stated, “This enhances Qatar Airways’ service in the Americas and Europe. It enables travelers in these regions to gain seamless access to over 170 destinations in our global network through Hamad International Airport (DOH).”
These new collaborations further strengthen Qatar Airways’ codeshare portfolio with all IAG carriers, solidifying its presence in the European market.
