flynas Expands Fleet with 60th Airbus A320neo Addition
The low-cost airline flynas, based in Saudi Arabia, has proudly added its 60th Airbus A320neo to its growing fleet.
On October 12, 2025, the airline announced that this new addition is a significant step forward in its goal to swiftly expand, aligning with its growth strategy.
The Airbus A320neo arrived at Riyadh King Khalid International Airport (RUH) from Toulouse Blagnac Airport (TLS) on October 6, 2025.
This milestone also means that the Airbus A320 has surpassed the Boeing 737 as the most delivered commercial aircraft in history, with flynas taking delivery of the manufacturer’s 12,260th jet.
In a recent social media update, flynas shared: “We are excited to welcome the 60th new aircraft of the most fuel-efficient Airbus A320neo model. This strengthens our fleet, which now consists of 66 aircraft, as part of our growth strategy.”

The campaign titled “We Connect the World to the Kingdom” aligns with the National Civil Aviation Strategy, aiming to link Saudi Arabia with 250 international destinations.
This initiative also seeks to serve 330 million passengers and welcome 150 million tourists each year by 2030.
Currently, flynas’ fleet comprises 66 Airbus aircraft, including four A320ceo and two A330ceo models.
By 2030, the airline plans to expand its fleet to 160 aircraft, increasing its network from over 70 destinations to 165 and establishing more than 300 routes.
Since 2018, flynas has placed orders for a total of 280 Airbus aircraft, becoming one of the largest single-aisle aircraft buyers in the region. The first A320neo was delivered to flynas on November 13, 2018.
As per industry reports, flynas is waiting for the delivery of over 100 additional Airbus A320neo aircraft.
